One Digit Multiplication

Today we started one digit multiplication. During class we did a worksheet and shared the answers.

We Begin

Today's class was busy setting up math binders. Please note that your childs binder is very important in helping them to stay organized and organization will be a key to success in math class this year. The binders are set up so that they are similar to what they will use in the coming years.

• Sunshine Math I is due Thursday, September 4!

Welcome Back

Welcome Back!! I hope you all had a wonderful summer. This year will be full of a lot of exciting programs for us all. Some of those programs include:

• a new math program, Connected Math 2
• Sunshine Math
• Word Problems
• Math Learning Centers and
• Math Lab

As the year begins I hope you take the time to learn more about these programs and use them to help enhance your math learning. I encourage you to keep an eye on this blog because it will update you on math information, especially homework assignments. Each post will give the homework assignment for that day in red. Unless specified homework is due the next day. I look forward to meeting you all. Enjoy the school year and please ask questions.
