Two digit division

We dove into two digit division today. We review the process (steps below) and went over a few examples in class and then having class time to work on a worksheet while getting help from a teacher.
Steps for solving a division problem

1. find the first # the divisor will go into
2. estimate the division (quotient)
3. multiply
4. subtract
5. compare (# should be less than the divisor.. * if it is move on to next step..if NO * go back to step #2 and either make it a larger or smaller guess)
6. bring down
7. repeat steps 2-6 until all numbers in the dividend have been brought down
8. write remainder if necessary
9. circle answer
